Wife already gave it to our daughter. Im sure she wouldnt miss a bit of the gardenConvert the house. Keep the kitchen and one bedroom. Rack out the other bedrooms, remove non structural walls.
If it's a semi, remove the kitchen as well and cut a serving hatch in the party wall.

So it’s possible that the low 135,000 mileage could be meaningless on low engine wear if it’s sat at high idle speeds day after day,for years?Looks like it'll need the rear wheel arches welded soon though, looking at the shadows of the second pic and the rust on the offside arch in the last pic.
These vans corrode mostly around panel seams. Other problem area were the rear quarters underneath (essentially the area below the tail lights, as dirt used to collect in the sections).
That colour makes it an ex-Transco van prior to being rebranded to SGN.
The Travel Power system was pretty rare in those vans, as most of that era had Gardner Denver driveline powered on board power systems to provide compressed air and 110V, so the van would have had a pretty easy life under Transco/SGN ownership.
The Travel Power system used a custom belt driven alternator, which was no where near as reliable.
I couldn't work out why it is a bargain too!£10?

Make a simple 6 foot long by 3 foot high solar heating panel using sprayed matt black tight profile wriggly tin or alu profile sheet behind glass & boxed in using a wooden frame & mastic sealant etc, , put it above the tank perhaps on two sections of a 10 foot ladder & anchor it down incase it gets breezy . Each day trickle hose piped in cold water during the hours of say 10.00 till 17.00 hrs. , run the water through the top end of the enclosed panel into the tank. You'll be surprised as to how warm it will become as you have a fantastic unrestricted sun much of the day at your place . A guy close to me makes and sell simple systems like this , 3 hrs. of overcast or better still sun made his standard 50 gallon insulated hot water tank display far too hot to be hand bearable after 3 hrs of sun.I appreciate the first part of your process, but there’s no way I’m filling it with warm water,it’s 1200L.
It might get too hot and come apart . Though a steam cleaner heating input tank water would be good if he had one and wanted to lay out the cost & time for fuel.Live steam after degreaser
I made a simple hood out of 2mm black plastic sheet 700 long by 600 wide . Tied it over so it looked like an American letterbox and also used a piece of gash clean white ogee guttering 1m long .For anyone who has or is considering buying this Laser Level unit (link in other thread above), and may wish to use it for longer range outside/landscape type work, in bright sunlight you might require a laser level detector, this one works with my unit.
Set your levels light output level to the low solid light setting, this detector doesn't seem to like the pulse or the bright settings emitted by this unit this might change on a really bright day...
I have tried this on a damp overcast day over a fair distance.

Japanese original Elora's ??Today i acquired some more spanners, a nice Elora imperial socket set, much better than my mismatched knackered old set!
I can put a copper coil on my pressure washer input and use a small gas forge to heat up to 65 oC
