Mostly converting Triumph valve spring collars to suit Opel Manta valves and collets.
Using a gunsmiths hand vice to slice a bit off the collet faces to stop them abutting was a nifty sort of a dodge.
Never underestimate the utility of a wet diamond wheel on an RJH Ferret or similar.....

It will go inside some box section but testing here cable tied to the outside.
