Well if stripping off the plastics and tank only takes me 15-20 mins now and I only have to do it once then it would likely be done in less than 4hrs![]()

, I decided to get creative with some 3mm plate. First part is complete, and fits nicely. Just need to come up with some brackets to mount to the nearside roof bar next. Reminded me of another side project, I'll have to make a small brake press attachment for my 15Te press when i get time, putting a neat bend into 3mm plate without resorting to violence in the bench vice was tricky, but with the safety squints on it did the job





Still looks a little to the right of the rebate. I can see it bugging you all winter and being rectified!Stripped off the anodising then re-anodised and this time I got the logo lasered in the correct position
