my manual torch and in 1-3-6-9, in the end it is the 3 which becomes the 5 on the machine torch. thanks again .

Note that Jasic put pins 1 and 9 out through the Euro connector body so I could connect that to the relay on my plasma THC. The pins on the CNC socket that were originally meant for that are now not used. Personally I would have done it differently so that the CNC socket pins were used but to keep my warranty I had to let them do it that way.

ah ok !!!, j'ai acheté les connecteurs CNC pour utiliser les connecteurs d'origine. donc les pins ne sont peut-être pas les bons pour une configuration originale alors ?

I have the hypertherm data cable for my old 45 but when I wired up the jasic to the spec they told me to it blew up I’ve been down for 2 months now. How did you wire yours into your table ?

Sorry to bring up an old thread from the grave, but after blowing up my torch height controller as soon as i powered on my jasic 60amp cutter, im needing a bit of help figuring out the wiring and found this thread ,
I also have that frap up of a job on the euro plug, with the 2 wires for the arc start signal, but mine seems to be added on pins 1 and 2, instead of 1 and 9 like yours,
Also the original 2 wires from the safety circuit are still connected where yours seem to be removed?
I was getting a bit confused by the fact that the Arc Ok pins of the cnc plug seemed connected to the arc start/safety switch pins inside the machine, and the arc start pins from the cnc plug go up to a circuit board on top of the guts of the machine,
Is that correct or are those pairs of pins the erse aboot face ones you where talking about?
Also do i need to cut/disconnect the wires for the Arc on signal in the cnc plug and only use the lash up of extra wiring going through the euro plug instead?

Not really sure as according to Wilkinson Star the reason mine wasn't right was because Jassic had altered things internally and not told them, whether that is true or not I have no idea.
I will have a look and see if I have any notes or images of mine that will jog my memory as it has been about 4 years since all this happened.

been having a poke about and indeed i think the issue is that the Arc Start and the Ok to move signals are erse aboot face on that 4 pin plug, and as wired it sent about 13v into my torch height controller instead of being a simple relay contact closing!

Still impresses me, today I was cutting some 16mm stainless, edge oxidised obviously but cut is good and straight.
There is however a slight issue with the fan, it doesn't come on properly at first but once running it stays on. I have a spare plasma on the shelf so might hook that up and either sell this one or get a new fan, might even still be under warranty
