my manual torch and in 1-3-6-9, in the end it is the 3 which becomes the 5 on the machine torch. thanks again .
No, it is a PT100 torch I think.I will try to find a tutorial on youtube. Does your machine torch use Hypertherm consumables?
Note that Jasic put pins 1 and 9 out through the Euro connector body so I could connect that to the relay on my plasma THC. The pins on the CNC socket that were originally meant for that are now not used. Personally I would have done it differently so that the CNC socket pins were used but to keep my warranty I had to let them do it that way.my manual torch and in 1-3-6-9, in the end it is the 3 which becomes the 5 on the machine torch. thanks again .
Could you help me I bought a jasic cut 80 recently too and I’m having major issues connecting to my tableI also use the connectors but just 2 pins on the 4 pin one (pin 1 and 2). The other two pins are not used but instead you connect to the wires coming out of the Euro connector that go to pin 1 and 9.
What is it you need to know?Could you help me I bought a jasic cut 80 recently too and I’m having major issues connecting to my table
I have the hypertherm data cable for my old 45 but when I wired up the jasic to the spec they told me to it blew up I’ve been down for 2 months now. How did you wire yours into your table ?What is it you need to know?
Sorry to bring up an old thread from the grave, but after blowing up my torch height controller as soon as i powered on my jasic 60amp cutter, im needing a bit of help figuring out the wiring and found this thread ,What is it you need to know?
aye thats great thanks very much! Not really sure as according to Wilkinson Star the reason mine wasn't right was because Jassic had altered things internally and not told them, whether that is true or not I have no idea.
I will have a look and see if I have any notes or images of mine that will jog my memory as it has been about 4 years since all this happened.
