I intend to do a review on the Jasic Pro Cut 80 which arrived with me late this afternoon.
I hope to get a chance to get it fitted to the CNC table tomorrow but that will depend on whether the weather is good or not, if it is good then I will have to crack on with welding some Aluminium.

Some pictures of what I have so far.
The machine itself looks nice and well enough thought out.

I got a machine torch for it seeing as how it is for my plasma table. Thankfully the torch diameter is the same as the Trafimet I had on the table and that meant it fitted right into the torch brackets I had.

La torche est cependant pleine longueur, j'avais coupé mon Trafimet à ma convenance mais je ne veux pas en faire avec celle-ci vu qu'elle est sous garantie. Cela signifiait que cela allait encrasser le support du moteur de l'axe Z, donc étant donné que je suis un barsteward grossier, j'ai juste pris le disque à lamelles et j'ai apporté quelques légères modifications.

The torch however is full length, I had cut my Trafimet down to suit but I don't wantto do with this one seeing as how it is under warranty. That meant it was going to foul the motor bracket for the Z axis so seeing as I am a rough barsteward I just took the flap disk and made some slight alterations.

The torch now clears everything.

I'm still very impressed with your cut quality Robin, I've seen same or worse from HD plasma. Especially that bevel, its very very good.

Tbh we've produced worse on our laser, from time to time

They brought two wires out of the connector for, if I recall the safety circuit, they are the brown and blue wires. I would have done it differently but to keep warranty I had to send it in for them to do.

Tout ce que je dois faire maintenant, c'est déterminer comment je vais le connecter, les instructions ne sont pas tout à fait complètes et mentionnent que vous devez utiliser un pré-filtre mais aucune information sur exactement ce dont ils ont besoin, juste qu'il doit être d'au moins 10 µm.
Ce sera probablement plus tard dans la semaine avant que j'aie la chance de le brancher.

J'ai également reçu la torche manuelle que j'ai achetée chez @Brad93, j'ai été surpris de voir qu'il s'agissait d'une lampe de 12 m plutôt que des 6 m standard que vous obtenez habituellement, le manuel Jasic mentionne une longueur supérieure à 6 m pouvant causer des problèmes. en raison d'une chute de tension, mais si le pire arrive, je peux le raccourcir. J'ai ramené la torche à la maison hier soir pour pouvoir échanger les broches du connecteur euro en fonction du Jasic, c'est une chose simple à faire dans ces connecteurs euro, il suffit de retirer la borne du fil de l'intérieur puis de saisir l'extérieur avec une pince. et retirez-les puis c'est la procédure inverse pour les remettre dans la nouvelle position.

Ils ont sorti deux fils du connecteur car, si je me souviens du circuit de sécurité, ce sont les fils marron et bleu. Je l'aurais fait différemment mais pour conserver la garantie, j'ai dû l'envoyer pour qu'ils le fassent.

It has been a while but if I recall it is just a case of pulling them out with needle nose pliers (from the wire side)
