dont have a mop, doing it by hand, the polisher I have I let some one borrow..we all know how that goes..
could order some more wet an dry I geuss ,finer that is if need be
Well that's a safer way at least if you manage to melt the lenses doing it by hand I can find a job for you once all this is over!
Another little tip - alter direction at the end of every pass i.e. across once, up and down once, then alternate thereafter
I have been using circular motion
that would be excellent. pm on the wayI can put a couple of sheets each of fine and superfine in the post on Monday if you can wait for them. I think they’re 1500 and 2000 grit.

Alternating straight lines is the recommended way afaik.
OOPs oposite to what ive been doing !! used the farclera g3 and luckily i am semi ambidextrous but now must admit my arms arm done in , got most of the cloudiness gone , need to go finer now and preferably get my polisher back, no chance of that for the forseeable futuare though..
Thanks for all the advice everyone it went better so far than I thought and got over my initial trepedation of attacking plastic .appreciated . will start a new thread I think on removing silicone from bumper moulding.
