Today I got a replacement plastic plug for the oil-filling hole on my little Lidl compressor. Dopey here broke the original [don't ask] and phoned the agents to enquire about buying a replacement, since the compressor was [not long] out of warranty.
If it'd been unobtainable I'd have turned one in the lathe, but a nice young lady by the name of Rachel said she'd check with the suppliers/service agents and phone me back, although it'd possibly take a day or two. As good as her word, she called and said that it was still 'get-able' and that they'd send one out FOC, since it wasn't worth raising an invoice for the amount involved. It arrived today!
So, full marks Lidl for customer service.![]()
I can confirm, they are definately stars, especially compared to the quality of the customer service at other stores.
