I've tried it on my set with 6013 vertical up, correct they don't snuff out with 50% background current and on-time, and it works rather well, an awful lot easier than plain CC. No visual slag traps, it freezes everything a bit faster, in effect like a low hydrogen rod. I can't comment on LOF and haven't done any testing to find out, either, so I certainly wouldn't rely on it for anything important until I had.Really, dont they snuff out......what about slag traps and LOF......
^thishe slapped a nice vertical in with a rutile. I think it makes life a little easier but proficient MMA welders certainly don’t need to use it.

I dare not walk into any shops at present without a fair idea what I’m looking for as previously I’ve always come out with something under my arm, and a lighter wallet.
Just do it... treat yo'self Find a high-end brand dealer and ask for some demos, and I bet you'll buy the first one... you know why? Because they're all really good
