I think that it works ok on the X1C but need to double check when I find my flat plates out.

I was nearly decided on the P2S but the backorder shipping date was end of month, but the AMS combo as it said 7th. Thats now changed to 29th and I dont want to wait that long.
Centuri carbon seems to be in second place. Neptune 4 Max might be useful but cant think of anythng that big, which couldnt be printed in smaller parts.

So far I have two big 3kg rolls of PLA.
One of the first jobs will be to aquire a suitable spool for the AMS/drier. I could print one in PLA but it will go floppy at drying temperatures.
Ordered a cheapy roll of PETG and ABS for tormorrow so I can print a spool, and then a spool winder out of PLA.

The most well packaged item I've ever recieved. A lot of thought appears to have gone into it
Hour or so to unpack and set it up. Temporarily in the lounge on the carpet.
Unsure where the AMS desicant is supposed to be so at the front is out of the way.
First print in PETG
Top of the doorway arch and the two holes at the front are not perfect but I am impressed!

You print the holders for loose desiccant and fit them where you have placed the packets. Models on makerworld or thingiverse etc.

Currently letting the AMS do some drying. Seems it cant heat etc while printing so thats a task to be done before hand.
Somewhat irritating is it does not spin the spools constantly, or even frequently. It rotates about 10 degrees at about 5 minute interval, which on a short drying session, is not going to be very even.

Where is best to buy Bambu spares? Their shop doesnt appear to list everything.
Is it worth gettjng a high flow nozzle, or different sizes? 0.4mm seems very slow for unimportant parts. I'm told 0.8mm is very coarse

If you think the bambu is slow, you've obviously not used an Ender type printer!
You can cut print times by using draft/ extra draft mode. I bought a 0.6mm nozzle from bambu but haven't used it yet. Beware the cheap nozzles on other sites as they usually end up being nearly the same price as genuine ones by the time you specify the same as genuine and you can't guarantee z height is the same. High flow nozzles are a substantial cost, maybe try different settings 1st or try a 0.6mm nozzle. What particular spares are you after? I haven't had to replace anything on mine .
