Cranked the wire feed up a wee bit to see, kind of just in/out of spray transfer and there is a bit more soot but still nothing like I get on the 6082.

The last one looks to be lacking fusion on the bottom toe

It is, I was only joking, last one is crap.
It was on thicker Alu, different grade and same settings as previous tests. I was just doing a quick test on the different grade of Alu to see the difference in soot so didn't want to change too much.
