They come from the UK as far as I know. I bought a lever hoist for a friend about a week ago and it arrived without any charges but never looked at the label. It arrived in a couple of days so couldn't have come far.

Everything has been U.K. shipped except my 10” chuck and no charges or vat, and yeah that’s gone down by £20 as well Lucky I’m only half jock otherwise I’d be proper annoyed!

On good quality steel it ran like a champ. These are chrome plate ram rod which I use to make my English wheel cradle posts

I have a Chiron that I do most of my tapping on but anything not milled in the Chiron I tend to tap with the cordless drill. I am still tempted but I think I will wait a wee bit longer until the price drops even more
