Oops! Look what fell off the Snap-On van. I blame @Robotstar5 as he was here when the rep arrived and made no attempt to stop me. 
I wanted something to bring all the electrical tools, battery charging etc together and this was on the van today, it's a Repo so a good deal was had.

Sometimes, and only if they have something in particular that you want. In this instance getting all the stuff I need into a mobile 'unit' which has a power supply was what I was after, but I wasn't prepared to pay the new price from the catalogue so it was a question of waiting for a trade in or repo to come in.

customer, seems to be taking on water and a bit of a vibration.
rudder has about 40mm of lateral movement as hull is flexing . once everything is apart found cracks around approximately 75% of the rudder port. take it all apart and find the hull is only 9mm thick ( would expect nearer 20) so lots of grinding to do and then a rebuild to a more realistic thickness. boat is not even 2 years old. Accountants running the manufacturing again.

I had to google him as I've never watched the fast show.
Although I have to admit I did once find myself in a student nurses hall of residence
We used to have a Miss Snap-On . Absolutley delicious .. she became the top van sale person in East Anglia for some reason .

@Cato i never try to justify anything i buy that makes my job easier in my game..if you need it you need it. Other roofers pay £120 for a meter long roofing gas torch, i pay £250 for a Titainium one that is half the weight and after 8 hours torching 30 rolls onto a roof my arm is not hanging off.

Most stuff falls into 1) and that cart/toolbox falls firmly into that category. The numbers behind it are that it's cost me the equivalent of 12 hours labour, and at a rough calculation it will save me between 15 minutes and half an hour (depending on length of job) per electrical job as I'll be able to have everything I need right next to me as I work instead of doing laps of the workshop to get the various testers and tools I need.
My old Beech top box that I've had for getting on for 40 years will be here as long as I am. Aside from the decades old stickers, sentimental value comes from the 'Land Rover Enthusiast' sticker which covers the bullet hole that my dad put in it when he was testing a rifle in the garage without a sufficient backstop.

Anyone offering odds on how soon before that laptop has an unintentional interface with the floor?
Looks very vunerable to a box move, or a non-thinking step between machine and box.

It quickly became apparent that it would be quicker to fill it and use it than it would to move it out of the way to get to the stuff it would have in it.Didn't take you long to stock the new trolley
