In typical form of a hoarder of useful (at some point) projects and 'I've always wanted one' fulfilment, and any other excuse used by anyone on this forum for collecting/buying/acquiring things that others have.
I've made a 'clever' purchase.
I had to place a hold on tinkering/repairing useless things, and get on with the renovation of the house. She did have a good argument, that I won't embarrass myself with recounting here

My Clarke Shhh Air compressor rebuild, I came across another, in 2 motor form. So I of course bought it, bargain.
A bit grubby, very clean oil in motors, started OK, but front motor flashed on startup, cleaned and pressed all terminals. Starts fine now.
Makes pressure and stops. Sadly the receiver leaks at the drain valve on the bottom, looks to have been put to one side with water in it. Separator has water in it too.
Good news is, I can quickly transfer the 2 motors onto my 3 motor receiver and tidy up the 2 poorly motors away for future rebuild. That'd also make a 5 motor Shss
.

.Well the plan didn't come to fruition yet, Turbo, might give the old chinese one a go.
