I'd like to be honest with you ,the quality is far more superior than what I'm used to use either at home or at work ,now I understand another member's words (I don't remember who said that)
But I agree with him, it's another world, it makes feel cheap stuff just useless .
Still have to understand if Dormer is Italian or Swedish cause most of their stuff is marked Italy but also SKF

Neither one of those.
Dormer was originally an English company, a section of another twist drill company .
It has been acquired by Sandvik in 1990's
Still haven't found nothing about its relation with SKF
Or why mostly ever single machine tap is marked as Made in Italy SKF Dormer Cutting Tools

Someday soon, I hope to get moving again on my 1954 Dodge M37 restoration project. It's currently in a storage unit about half a mile from our house. One of the next tasks on the project is to fabricate an entire set of new brake lines. Naturally, that was a good excuse to buy another tool, a pistol-grip hydraulic-ram flaring tool. It came with enough double-ended dies to make several different sizes of 45-degree and DIN flares, including the 1/4" 45-degree double flares that I was looking for. I can add more dies later for other types of flares (such as 37-degree flares) if I ever need them. I already had a couple of sets of manual double-flaring tools, but this should make the job easier, faster, and more consistent...and after all, it's a new tool for the stable.

Here's the current state of the M-37 project (the rest of the parts are in the storage unit):

Shallow depth, tonnes of drawers and dividers . X2 of them 70 quid each! I’m calling them a bargain o my in the next village.
