Most exciting is the slide duplicator, it goes on the front of the autobellows and holds a piece of film flat, still and evenly illuminated, it even has a length of bellow to clamp onto the front of the lens to cut out stray reflections. Here it is all set up:
And now I can finally make film scans that I'm happy with, using the full 4000 x 6000 pixel resolution of the digital camera.
That is a Jpeg, I still don't have the software (Or the skills) to edit .RAW files, so there's improvements to be made, but at least I can take a rest from eBay for a while now, I think I'm all done buying equipment.

Sometimes, I need to turn a conical pipe thread into a cylindrical one. Overcome laziness and ordered. I use taps for pipe threads more often. Now there is a complete set for popular sizes.

Just taken delivery of a small box.
Only one item, this is the item as I removed it.
It is to small for a measuring device. Plus it has very little weight.
It took a bit of gentle force to open it.

Looks like a very nice setup. I'd like to do something similar. I've got literally thousands of slides and larger transparencies, among which there should actually be a few that are worth digitizing.

No it's a church.
Here's another picture from the same city, I imagine someone here will recognise it straight away.
30 second exposure with the camera propped up on a rock (Hence the ground in the foreground). I know I just said I'm done buying equipment, but this reminds me I want a little 6" tripod I can take anywhere for things like this.
It's cropped btw, I don't have an X-Pan.

Donated to me, as a friend, I will quote:
"I don't think you have much going on, so I sent you this. Enjoy. I will expect a beer and a progress report on Saturday."
This is how they cam out of the undamaged box, care of Fed Exe.
Please bare in mind I have to try and un seize one box.
A Primus Camping stove.
Looking tired.
Plus a few extra bits.
A complete Primus 210 stove.
Another Carriage lantern.
Dirt seized box, but this one was easy to open.
Ferrdo Brake tester.
A box of unknown contents.

Super tool can you get the record cards still
Ebay, seems no problem, it is just that you need a car specific adapter an a short piece of hose with a specific quickconnector both ends making it costly for a tool I migth never use

Ours was a Universal end remove plug hold in and crank was for Petrol though Cracking tool, Card out staple it to job card.Ebay, seems no problem, it is just that you need a car specific adapter an a short piece of hose with a specific quick connector both ends making it costly for a tool I might never use
If the Card holder is not tethered suggest you make one they go walk about
Diesel needs an adapter in the glowplug so think i will make one from an old one then and there.
Thougth about making cards, can it be ordinary paper and is the scriber a normal pencil? Not wax and a thermal scriber or so?

The one we had was a stylus on a sort of calibrated waxy paper, you clicked the trigger and it moved the graph holder up one cylender
Looks like it is all there, little arm moves across and. takes the white surface of the card leaving a blue arc, the surface was calibrated in columns.
Remember to release pressure before clicking to next cylinder or it scribes an arc going back.
Making cards No they are quite hi tech really there is a calibrated preasure grid and cylinder No on them, surface is white and stylus takes that off leaving a blue trace
