Use two same sized big hex nuts welded , super glued flat to flat or taped up tight to give you a ready made 120 degree angle and keep the grinds equal on each side of the web of the drill . The clearance angle also needs to be the same each side and actually be a cutting angle not as I've often seen a surface that's been ground back beyond any hope of it being a cutting or clearance angle .
Bearing boys .co.uk have an amazing range of " O " rings in metric & imperial in all sorts of rubbers .

Purchased about the same time as yourself, I've used the little drill set already and the hand held o/s eventually turned up .Thought I'd post this as there are some on here who work with printed circuit boards. Lidl had these 2.1 > 3.0 mm ten piece Micro Drill Bit Set's for £4.99 today. I almost missed seeing them as there were only a few in a small basket.
Edit: Also, my Wife picked up a couple of packets of magnets while we were there, she thought they would be good for posting up to do lists for me in the garage. £1.29 each or two for £2.oo , I can visualize a list being put up on every machine.

Not use to me, but a local MIS did well.
This what I saved for myself.
There was more, but I couldn't get to it.
Unused Draper stones.
A nice sheet metal saw,
Nice little drill vice.
This is a bit like bus's.
Get one and another arrives.
This was a prize find.
Plus, it works.
