No it’s just a regulator. I spray in the workshop as well so best not to have oil in the lines!

Fine 600 grit diamond wheel for inserts. The old one was ~150 grit and needs dressing as I've been using for tungstens. Need to make up a spindle for it.

Not arrived but just ordered sheets of 10mm thick 10" square POM that will need turning to 230mm diameter, so I will be doing some more pressure turning!

24v Greenworks branded sander. It was likely sanding that killed the grinder speed control mosfet so wanted a tool designed for the job. With an adaptor I'll use my 5Ah 6S lipo packs.

This arrived with me today, it's a fixed yoke conversion kit for the Jeep Cherokee XJ.



Came all the way from USA via UPS and was delivered and signed for yesterday but not by me

On the case this morning, not left with any of my neighbours then I had a phone call about 12 from a guy about a mile away to tell me he had my parcel

My indexable endmills arrived from Cutwel.
And then I promptly got schooled by @pressbrake1.

Went off the Korloy cutting chart, 3 flute end mill it recommended 1100RPM and 0.005” per tooth feed (0.015/rev)

Ensue horrible noises From the spindle and dusty chips.

Clive rang me a promptly told me I’m being evil to the cutter and the mill, slow it all down. I’m now on 416RPM and 0.008” per rev getting much better results with actual little cast iron chips, not dust.

There’s no better way to learn than someone with skill and experience putting you on the right path

Aye, you have to take in to account the machine as well the cutting data is usually good if you have a high end CNC
