Today, I only acquired some good memories. 
Was searching for a couple of items in my storage unit when I uncovered one of the containers of tools that belonged to my Dad. During a nostalgic moment I brought it home, but had a tough time deciding to open it; glad I did though, as the memories it brought back gave me a boost and inspiration to do a lot more than I've been doing lately while in this isolation situation.

In very good condition, no serious wear.
Took 2 years to find a good one, then spent 6 years in storage

Going to fit the cnc motors under the existing motors, minimum impact machine is to straight to ruin

Re stuff aquired, been reading and now setup inverter as I want it , it must be karma because without even drilling a hole swapped the chuck for the pulley from my wood lathe ,bolted straight on , now have 4 step pulleys with inverter speed control , soft start and reversing with jog, all for a tenner ,just waiting for a smal. TV wall mount for the inverter so it can be put out of the way , also new mains lead ,

I saved this from going in the scrap skip on site today

I think I'll make a window out of it for the workshop.
I like that.
If it were me, I think I would install it without refinishing it and mount an old skull on it as a message to thieves.
