What is a good TYA to do?
So I went to the damsel in distress, my friend in a charity shop.
I arrived in time, careful editing needed there.
A new racking unit had descried it wanted to make friends with the floor.
Being on her own she couldn't do much.
But I did help and did leave with a few things, but did leave some ££££££.
A Box. There is a post about the box.
3 Stanley Yankee Screwdriver bits. The packaging was unopened when I got it.
A old style, sadly not to current regulations due to Db levels
Oh it works.
As testified by Mini Me, who was asleep.

I have H.M.S. Hood. The set is almost complete.

Ahh Lego ,they have something special ,I love them since I was a child , expecially Lego City sets .
My first set I got as present is a 7741 , unfortunately it miss some parts

Two can play at that game.
I’m not sure it this is my first TLM 50 or the TLM 80 that replaced it but both bikes were great for learning smooth bike control on.
After those I had an SY250 Scorpa and two Beta Rev3’s but I’m now similarly trials bike less.

I'd love an old RTL but prices are stupid.
Il probably end up with another Sherco. Suit my riding style and parts are easy to find.
I'm spoilt here. Have 2 clubs both running trials and both have a gated entry practice ground. Would cost me less than 60 quid for family membership to both. Have 2 electric trials bikes for my boys

Today I acquired some money, some space in play pen.
But I filled it again, so no worries there.
I was asked alone to help with a friends car boot, I agreed. But if I could sell my items.
I shifted my stuff and came home with some items for me. I parted not with coin of the realm.
But I traded some of my stuff.
Better fun in my view.
2 books on "Modern Automotive Electrical Systems." Dated from 1948. I got them as the descriptions of the basic of electricity is written in away it is easy to understand.
AA Supplied 12v Parking light. when I was a nipper, staying with grandparents. Granddad would drive out to get Pie and chips. It was my job to clip this on and plug it in.
I have seen a lot of these, but only a few with the AA stamp.
Stanley Honing Guide and a chuck key to fit a B&D Drill at MIS.
Tonka Toy, just need to find the Bulldozer to fit on the back.
Railway Mans 3 colour Lantern.
Complete with battery, still charged and spare bulb.
I got this as I know some one who will enjoy seeing one again.
Yes. another Leytool drill. I now have the 3 sizes made by Leytool.

Dates from about 1965, complete. But the trader would not part with the box.

OK, it's missing both air filters and the pressure switch and manifold, but for £20 I can replace those.

First fill, it leaked.
New seals on pressure relief valve and level plug.
First steam, piston would not run smoothly. It did when cold.
Full of lime scale. Quick dip in de-scaler cured that.

Yes, I'd noticed that. I can only assume there's a dip pipe. Something to investigate.

They are. In fact this one came from a dentist's, via a car bodywork shop. They're something like 42dB, which is whisper quiet.

I also came across these in the local Jumble Trail. I just missed out on a nearly new gasless MIG with four unopened reels which sold for £20
The spade bits have barely been used, probably a tenner's worth. The Milwaukee bit set is near mint too. Just the 3mm drill and PH2 bits show any sign of use, plus there's and extra PH2 as well. These retail at £21.

I've got one, came with a job lot I bought years ago including a Ton Senior mill. Lovely and quiet, its small and relatively light, perfect for tools like nailers. Also oil free so perfect for dentists who don't want their patients complaining that they got a gob full of Duckhams
