No idea.
It's foam covered with rubber or similar. This is the back. No idea what purpose the slot serves.
The worrying part is that it keeps reminding me of that American Dad episode, where Roger pretends to be a woman & dates Snot.
That's why it's going to get disinfectant & hot water. 
FromFour local Wyevale garden centre which is sadly closing down, a Weber-branded cover for my ugly drum smoker, intended for a Spirit gas BBQ and originally priced at £80 (daft!) Due to the various price reductions it was mine for the princely sum of £7.97, so I'm happy as it looks the biz and Mrs Browser is happy as it's replaced the very scabby tarp I had been using

Just saying, that if for instance,
If I had a roofer repair a flashing on a garage flat roof and the rear half of said garage had been turned into a garden room/office with a plasterboard ceiling.
If the roofer then set alight to the UPVC fascia in the junction the roof and void, and I was on fire watch and could smell burning then saw smoke coming from spotlight holes.
Then if he just shrugged his shoulders when I asked where his fire extinguisher was
and I luckily had a couple in my van.
Say one was co2 the other halon possibly beige cylinder but could be wrong.
From my days working in the petro chemical plants think that halon was the go to type.
Anyways if I let it rip through the spotlight holes. and opened the doors and windows and retreated to a safe distance and waited everything would probably ok if the smoke cleared fairly quickly and was happy it was extinguished.
In this kind of scenario the sensible thing to do would be to inform the punter that as hot works
had been carried out and that considering the occurrence of the smoke to keep an eye on it over the next couple of hours.
Then if some time later I was working at a friends house who works part time for a fire safety company I asked her to get a couple of extinguishers checked over and sorted out if needed. If she reckoned the bloke there said that halon had been banned since he were a lad due to ozone depletion and were now only used by the military.
Obviously seeing as it's illegal to discharge halon this is just a hypothetical story.

It may or a good chance it will not.
Pressure is to high, indicating it has got hot at some point. Or the contents are breaking down.
Missing the Discharge nozzle.
Its 25+ years old and condemned.
It will make a nice wall decoration.

I need that to repair one of mine.
No3 Phillips and a pair of "slip jaws". They were "picked" from a river in Salisbury.
A decent cabinet scraper and Circle glass cutter.
This was posted yesterday, a old fashioned Wall Paper cutter"

Another Old Single colour Railway lamp. There is a makers name plate on it. I will clean it up and post the details.
Another big 2 colour Railway Mans lamp. In good condition, until some "Muppet" gave it a glancing blow on the edge of the vice, damaging the bezel and breaking the glass.
Not happy.

A bad mood.
I brought the circle glass cutter for another project. Not the new to be railway lantern.
But I was a Muppet and broke it.

i know how you feel i went down to the local junk shop had a root around found a petrol chain saw for £20 if i haad not had 7 petrol tools in the garage at the moment i would have bought it (just bought 6 weeks ago a sthil for £35 old but runs very well )
after a route around did not find anything as was walking out the door seen a 6 foot level stabila i all ready got one but at a 5er cant turn that down so bought it
on the short drive back 5 mins goes under a rail way bridge speed camera set up on the blind bend dont think was going fast but was over so looking like its going to be the most expensive level in history
