a new vape stick at last. Been running a backup for a month and very underpowered.

1" shank inside so will fit the capstan.
Sure il find a use for the holder.

You wouldn't believe the FLP and Exd kit we've thrown into skips in work over the last few months. Lovely heavy stuff but couldn't bring the stuff home from work due to CAA flying requirements offshore. All skipped!

Bought another dial indicator stand, from ebay, not yet arrived, will be interesting to see what quality it is:

Plan to put my current indicator in this one and use the old, smaller stand for a DTI.

A new lathe!
Chance conversation and my tiny Sherline lathe has now been replaced.
I think its a 1908 Drummond.
The Sherline has been a fantastic machine but its just too small for the stuff I need to make, I can feel my back hurting at the thought of moving it!

Yes still has the trade but belts removed and a motor fitted round the back.
Have to get off my bottom and flog the old one and make space for this!

Yep, the M's Grandad, I am not sure that it was more sturdy though.
The sturdy one was the 5" Drummond which could swing 13"+ inches in the gap bit of the bed, I quite fancy one of them.
