Apparently it is at least the seller says and make buyers aware about fakes.Make certain you have got a genuine charger - a few years ago there were a lot of fakes around that didn't quite work correctly.
The battery should have a protection circuit by itself
The charger is a clone of the skyrc original but it's a known well made one with quality components in it and I've seen they're popular in the airsoft communities around the world.
At my field they use an AliExpress cheap Chinese one .
I'll be using a Li-po guard type fireproof case during charging and storage and I'll modify an ammo box to contain everything in it.
I've seen the tools and stuff channel once tested them and they are sturdy enough to contain few power tools battery packs exploding and catching on fire.
I was pretty scared about Li-po to be honest and I was thinking about nimh batteries but I think they wouldn't last much because I can't play airsoft every week.
Li-po last longer and give better performances but I'm aware they're pretty dangerous little chocolate bar size incendiary bombs
