Today I acquired a new wheelchair friendly back 'garden' no maintenance and a small patio area. Very pleased with the result The path also goes right and down to the gate so I can get out that way.

Acquired a second ramp for our van, and a waterproof tail bag for my bike.

The bag on the LOMO water sports website is listed as being for both motorcycle's and bicycle's, but the tiedown accessories appear to be designed only for bicycles. So, I ordered some lashing strap fittings, which should work ok with the straps spaced along the bottom of the bag.

I won this on ebay wasn't sure if seller would actually post it to norn Ireland but they did and packed it well.

This is my 3rd 8 inch bench grinder and is missing the guards. But that's OK as I have a metal polishing kit for an 8 inch grinder that I've never used yet so I'll mount the buffing and compound mops on this permanently.

I have had the same model for about 15 years, now has coarse and fine steel wire wheels on it, did have polishing mops on it but found it a bit under powered. The non woven abrasives I have used didn't need much power and like angle grinders it's nice to not have to keep swapping discs/wheels.

I just sat the test for a model aircraft/drone Flyer ID and got the Operators licence whilst at it
My neighbour gave me her (sadly deceased) husbands old fixed wing plane. I didn't know about the licences etc so fortunately I hadn't tried to fly it!
Anyway, all legal now and I am joining a club so the flying is in a controlled manner

Today it was an expensive day
Knipex cutters , I've lost mine ,I can't find them anywhere,so I've bought a new pair , hopefully if Murphy's law is correct...
I should find the old ones too

Lastly , I've should have already bought many of them ,but I've bought cheaper stuff which I've recognise almost useless since they slip , so today my first proper F clamp, made in Italy , forged steel,heat treated, and satin chrome finish Ariex one
It has been expensive yes but I'm sure worth .
To be honest always thought that they were much more expensive but discover that I've always read the biggest ones price

The modern fuel is Napier, White Gas or Coalman fuel.

But as it retains at about £9.99 it gets costly. I have ran stoves like this on petrol, but it can eat the old school seals.

After mowing the lawn, in October, plus an emergency trim of a hedge I had to nip to the recycling skips.

I found theses on thee floor by a skip.

Both are nearly full as well.

I've always (being cheap) used an AldiLidl diamond grit (for stonework) angle-grinder disc, after the first use or three it gets a decent flat that'll dress a wheel nicely.

Here I watched an older man struggle with this. So I leant a hand to not to struggle up the metal steps, not to drop it into the metal skip.
