Couldn't resist now local Lidl had them back in, only complaint is brushed and no retaining ball so big sockets sometimes fall off but can't have everything for only £70 and 3yr warranty.
I was in Lidl this evening and spotted their 20V cordless glue gun for £15.99
It works very well indeed. Ready to use in under a minute. LED goes from red to green, easy to use. It has a work light that can be turned off if desired.
I actually got a use for it within minutes and it worked great. Very pleased with it.

Since I am now on their 20v platform I also bought one of these drills on ebay

I took Parkside as a bit of a joke until I bought a job lot of tools which included several new 12v Parkside tools and batteries etc. I have been using away at them for about a year now no issues at all very happy.
Same as my tumbler.I sold a drill (have too many of em) and picked up a tumbler

Meant for Shell casings but giving it a go as I type on rusty nuts and bolts which is my intended application.
I remember these well. The Spring base was only designed to be used in the manpack roll, as it is in the photo in would be being carried, move it to the 45 degree position to use it laying flat.A Clansman spring base for the manpack 320 and a vehicle base for the same system.
Helpfully, the folding whip from the manpack fits the vehicle base, too. I wasn't too sure about that.

Are these any good? I think I could make use of one of these, and the Halfords one is double that price, and others probably even more so. I don't think I can make quite enough use of it to spend £150+, but I don't want to buy something that's a complete waste of money.Couldn't resist now local Lidl had them back in, only complaint is brushed and no retaining ball so big sockets sometimes fall off but can't have everything for only £70 and 3yr warranty.
To not break the trigger you should let the glue melt freely out the nozzle before applying trigger pressure . Can you not make a new trigger out of Delrin or a heat proof plastic chopping board ? Can send you some 10 ish mm thick Delrin if you want .This cordless glue gun has broken the trigger for a second time now. Which is such a shame as otherwise it was a fantastic tool.
Going to give up on that now. Milwaukee don't appear to make cordless glue guns. But there is a copy on amazon which gets good reviews and uses the m18 batteries.
A cordless glue gun is a great addition to the garage- when they work that is!

Will the fabricated mild steel link become as hot as the molten glue or be likely to cause a short ?There is an indicator light on top of it which turns green when ready. But yes I guess need to wait a couple more minutes after that.
I did open it this evening and it's broken at the same plastic link as before. I had epoxy glued in a small strip of metal but the glue let go.

I will go ahead and cut this link bar shape out of mild steel this week and replace it. And remember to wait alot longer than the LED light let's on.

Parkside stuff is usually pretty good and for the odd use it'll do the job, can select the torque levels as well Riches the nice little perk for a cheap impact. Are these any good? I think its for facing Cartridges. It fits in a small hand lathe. They "grow" when fired, so need to be trimmed down for reloading.
@Migmac or @northwest would confirm
I would like to see what makers name it has on it, though it looks like a case trimmer I suspect it is the hole cutting part of this:

You make the wood plug with one part the other part is to drill and counterbore for firstly the screw then the plug. It says 5/16" on it and I have never seen a dimension on a case trimmer.
Yes, the cutters are much thinner.Did think plug cutter related when I first saw it, but it seems overly sturdy for that task, IMHO.
Gas flow meter? This awesome piece of junk
