Banging saws! I use/abuse them for converting building site wood - from stud wall all the way to rafters and purlins - into firewood. Speed being the objective not neat cuts. On my third in 11 years since I got the woodburner, burnt two neighbours rooves/floors plus my own from our refurb. Just had to buy a new one to finish off the people round the corner's roof timbers.Got this for small jobs to save getting the big one out

Now you need the nice aluminium guiderails, or two of different length, and their quickrelease clamps to fix the rails and a 90 degree clampon block and and and....I do like Festool stuff...it's like the apple of tools. Bought for a kitchen fitting...it's a thing of beauty. It's just a shame it costs about the same as a descent mig...but you can't trim a kitchen top with a mig (well I never tried but I'm sure it wouldn't work)
