Points misaligned. Obviously it's not at it's true zero because the barrel is not aligning with the zero mark. Someone appears to have attempted a repair.
Seller can have it back.

On a tilt cab they are bad enough but there’s a certain knack to them. Involving a long ish extension. If you’ve a battery / air ratchet they’re tons easier

It's one like I've never seen before, just a cylinder, and runs in the reverse sense, as it's fitted heading towards the back of the vehicle. (TS3).What is it?
