Know what you mean. They are a bit chunky. Not caused me a problem as yet that I can recall though. Much prefer them to the traditional nut, or the Milwaukee style nut. The latter & I just don't seem to get on well.

Today I acquired a few more bits for my truck, last two discs (been on back order) air quick release valve, two abs reluctor rings , a bag of 2xd 8mm helicoils and a chuck to fit my unibor.

Look similar style to the Bosch ones I have used for years on the 9" grinders, wouldn't be without them. I did try them on the 4-1/2 and 5 inch grinders but found them just a bit too bulky for them but that is only a personal opinion.

Yes, they are brilliant, just make sure you don't put them on upside down as happened when a friend changed a disc, had to destroy it to get it off

I just about did it myself one time, was balancing inside a fish hopper at the time so that was my excuse. At least I noticed before I spun it right on

Acquired these on Friday actually, to go with the hilti sds max drill I got for free when helping a mates mum clearing her garage out. Haven't checked sizes yet but a few to go at.

I got one of those delivered today as well, but I never took a picture of it.
I did take a pic of this box though

Wanted a little gun for at home, as I get fed up listening to the compressor rattling away, so this should cover most of the stuff I do.
If I need more power, I'll tolerate the compressor.

Still top quality gear and well worth it. I never begrudge the price when it's good stuff. I think the pump alone is £800+ new?

We have a 75 ton set-up, fairly takes some abuse but not a single fault yet. Trying to convince the bean counters to get us one of the battery power units

So finally discovered Covid in my collection 3 weeks ago.
And also became my “famous” job as project manager which I was talked I have to be (3 months ago).
Results into short breath and panic attacks.
Yes. It was not the best deal to get into it.
Take some time to recover and get the rid out of these job.

So nothing new on hardware except some silver and 2 torches.

Sucks.
