Dismantle it, use penetrating oil, make it workable, degrease it with alcohol, dry it with warm air and reassemble it?

I continuity tested all 3 contact pairs (as you say only 1 is used pn my 1ph), so yes, I have 2 spares

You could parallel the three pairs, Then there's no need to worry about swapping wires about.

I was going to have a dry January for not buying anything tool wise. That didn’t end well yesterday. Someone I work with is friends with a guy that closed down his tool shop. We bought a lot of stuff. This is what I got. £220 for all of it.

Thanks, I do too. It was a belated birthday present, and unexpected. I think half of the battle in life is having nice neighbours.

I have something acquired today either:

A victory of the district team of my origin, FC St.Pauli (second tier of German football) against Borussia Dortmund (number two of the first tier)
in the DfB Pokal - our equivalent of your FA Cup - with 2:1.

And not with hitting the ball far forward and running after it, as in the past, but with system, order, tactics and discipline -
- in other words, a victory that was earned and not just fought for!

I got one of those rope and bracket hangers from Lidl years ago and nailed it to a couple of joists. It holds a surprisingly heavy bike.

Had one of those for around 8 years, and it's heavily scratched, rusty in places, gets left outside at times, beaten and abused, yet it's still going strong
