Seriously, I don't think it's right that I should be as good looking as I am but if my rugged chiselled features brighten the day for a lot of women, and disturbingly enough the occasional man , who am I to complain .

Not long after I moved in with OH she asked if she could borrow some money so I gave her my wallet and the 4 padlock keys while I retrieved the number of the combination lock. By the time she'd sorted all the locks the time lock had opened so she got a couple of fivers out, the big white ones the size of the Daily Telegraph, and after putting all the moths back in she came across a passport photo of me in one of the pockets. She asked what it was for and her face was a picture when I told her I carry it in case I can't find a mirror.

And I'm not joking

One for my milling cutters and related bits and pieces.

This one's a little bit bigger. 13.5" wide rather than 11" like the rest. Should get plenty of drills in there. I want it near the drill but not blocking long bits of work in the vice.

Today we stopped by our local " Too Good To Waste " charity shop, where they have had a donation of hundreds of new Ikea toilet brushes and packages of curtains. Brushes were 50 pence, have chromed steel handles, and come with either black or green holders. Naturally, I got the ones with the green holders, as they will make good coffee cups for visitors to my workshop.

Edit: Think I'll go back tomorrow and get a few more. That will have Christmas sorted.
