You might discover that mesh basket has just the right hole pitch to totally mask the effect . . .
have the exact same one, ideal for the 30litre tank for smaller parts, works just fine... can you explain what your concern is regarding the mesh?

Motor Standard. Came from the same place as my tractor, for free (sort of, I fixed his ride on mower the other day) This is big, stands three feet tall and has a 2T engine of about 15hp. Harrow included with the plough. Unused for over 20 yrs, but all there. Other neighbour cheerilly told me about the guy in the village who selected reverse by mistake on a similar one and it chewed him up...
Now I need a straw hat and dog to look the part.
It may well work - but might work better (or worse) with a different mesh - have a read of this by an ex-colleague at the company I used to work for:have the exact same one, ideal for the 30litre tank for smaller parts, works just fine... can you explain what your concern is regarding the mesh?
Think I've got the same one. Last of the big ones before the brushless ones, had it drilling 20mm from a 10mm pilot into a duct today as couldn't find the holesaw. Beast, you need the side handle on low speed.A replacement for a Makita that someone knocked off the bench.View attachment 292431

Ditto, and good reminder that I've been meaning to get a set for ages.I've modified old screwdriver's in the past on the rare occasions I needed a pick. Thanks for mentioning your positive experience with the Rolson picks, I'll be on the lookout for a set. For what they are, I can't see the need to spend a lot.![]()

Bought off ebay, and just arrived today. I’ve been thinking of making some of these clamps for a while now, but I saw these, put in a bid and won.
No sizes were given in the listing, and it turns out they are big. I didn’t have a mug handy for scale, so the chess set will have to do.
I probably won’t need them all, but who cares.

Nice, or weigh them in or use them as ali for casting.Three (empty) kegs and a pallet and a half screwed to a sheet of ply.

I doubt the kegs are any use for home brew but they'll make nice crappy upcycled garden seating, could even just cut the top out and make big stainless buckets, always handy.
The wood will be a vast improvement on our current garden table. Got a BBQ in a couple of weeks so pretty good timing.
They belong to the brewery and they will take action to get them back.Nice, or weigh them in or use them as ali for casting.
