Never been used other than trying to work out how to use it

Sampler and 64 track midi sequencer. Sends note and control data to my synthisisers so I don't have to play it live and record to tape(or digital equivalent.)

Own it's smaller brother already
Means I don't have to unplug all the leads to use one in the lounge of an evening and projects are compatible with both

Ahh, I see now. TBH most of this is beyond me but your set up looks pretty comprehensive

I know a guy who has a lot of the pink stuff. Reckons the amount that gets ‘borrowed’ is near zero now

I like them. I have the short ones but need a longer set.

I treat picks as a workshop consumable , tried loads of different makes and have been pleasantly surprised by Rolson’s which have lasted way longer than my Snap On set. The ones from machine mart are rubbish

The Pick of Champions. Ullman USA. I got 10 20yrs ago. 4 are still brand new.
As the end wears off them (very slowly I might add) they get modified.
Good for circlips etc as well as O-rings

I've modified old screwdriver's in the past on the rare occasions I needed a pick. Thanks for mentioning your positive experience with the Rolson picks, I'll be on the lookout for a set. For what they are, I can't see the need to spend a lot.

Its sat in my Ultrasonic cleaner. The OEM basket doesnt have many holes. Apparently they work differently with different types of basket

Challenged



I've got dribs and drabs started that need to be fleshed out but the last 18 months has been more of a learning curve refining workflows and getting everything to work as it should

I'm done with new gear for a while and just want to get stuck Into some projects

The multitrack harddrive recorder I got last week is key
Gonna have to commit and lay down tracks to build up a song

This is about as far as I get

One sequence jam that needs to be copied out and have variations added to create a track

Problem is next time I play Im in a different mood and start something else

I've only ever broken a couple in 15 years of using them, and that was abuse really. These new ones have a better finish than my old Snap-on ones. Plenty of good ones out there. I have some Facom ones that are very good.

You might discover that mesh basket has just the right hole pitch to totally mask the effect . . .

Pink 3M Duct tape in Lidl currently, wifie just bought me home a roll of neon yellow, can't believe she didn't get a roll of pink too.

Might have to hit Lidl tomorrow...
