You can bleed the brakes on Jag XFs with it which I wasn’t able to with Snap On kit. Glad I’m now retired, things are getting silly when you can’t replace a brake hose without diagnostic equipment and that’s without not being able to start or move the car without brake pressure!

A little serendipity, I think this was my Grandads Officers Sam Brown Belt, a little worst for wear, but still useable. ESP when the shoulder strap makes for an excellent strap for my Bass, the eyelet holes are a perfect fit on the pegs. The belt isn’t long enough so Ill keep an eye out for some leather to extend it.

Shortly before the snow arrived in Sheffield, so did these little beauties (350LC wheels), fresh from powder-coating and refinishing by the most excellent C J Ward of Burton on Trent. They are probably better than new now...

An iconic design for a wheel, Yamaha really did a good job with those.

I'm impressed. A thin strip of carpet tile, (this stuff is a pain in the jacksy to cut even with a sharp utility knife), cut into sections:



effortlessly by this little, (I say little. It's actually larger than I expected it would be), beastie:



I've been debating one of these for a while, wondering if I'd ever actually have need/use of one, but after that little test, I'm thinking this could be one of those hidden gem type tools.
