Good impact driver are those. That was one of my first 12V tools, & I've driven a fair few screws with it. Tend to use a standard driver or the drill nowadays, but only because I rarely need the impact option.

Warco WM14, brand new in 2018, was only used to drill a couple of holes, never milled anything, drip tray etc and tools also included, I paid £250 for it including an old Sealey bench drill chucked in with it which I sold on for £30.

On the way home from a clinic today, I stopped in past Lidl for a few 'top up' items [as you do] and came away with one of these [as you do] . Right at the checkout they had a few Tom Tom Smart 52 sat-navs, priced at £20. Not the most highly featured units but with 3-year warranty, free lifetime map updates, 3 months free camera locations I figured I couldn't go wrong and it'll be better than the older 7" truck machine I currently have.

They're currently on offer in Halfords at £89.99, down from £119.99so......

I can always flog the truck unit later. [or this one ]

Edit: When you decide on new strings, consider getting a set of "Rotosound Tru Bass" strings. They have a smooth nylon coating on the wire that's easy on the fingers, and also give a much deeper tone.

It was built in 2017 so the strings are 3yrs old, does that make a difference

I can't tell you, as its an unknown as to how hard they were played or how much mileage they have on them ?

When I acquired my "used" Guild Pilot Bass, I had a hard time keeping one of the strings in tune, I checked and eliminated the tuning key as the problem, so I replaced the set of strings, which greatly improved the tone.
