I used to use it for dropping car body shells onto to get them out of the workshop as access was not good for the scrappy and his transit, it is an extendable trolly from ERDE, solid tyres, center spine, would take a lot of weight, I think they used for missiles or torpedo transport around the place, I will take a picture or three! I put my 60ton press on it and then wonched the whole lot onto my transit for the journey home, transit would not go through the gap into the rear garden so I towed the thing with my dumper truck!

lay it on 2 bits of ally spaced apart on a concrete floor. put some on the top middle on the threads to protect them then get someone to hold it and give it a good whack with a big hammer

Similar to mine Brad. Looks like the same length but yours is a bit heavier. Mine doesn't have the hold-down tabs.

a quick lick over with a 1.0mm slitting disk will soon put some teeth back on I have an old large pair and the adjusting nut was well worn slit it open crimped it up a bit and welded it back together as good as new now
