I think Id retap the banjo thread a size or two bigger and turn the insert.
The nipple same thing and turn a silver steel tool to recut the seat with.

Try looking at E-Z LOK inserts, I find them better than helicoils if you have enough meat around the hole to use them.

I doubt very much if there's enough real estate on a brake caliper to even fit a timesert they need a much larger hole than any wire insert.
I'd just helicoil it. M10 x 1 is a common repair kit bacause it's a spark plug size. Bleed nipples do t seal on the threads, only on the cone point so that's not a problem except it might suck a bit of air when bleeding if you use a non-return valve type bleeder but the standard brake nipples do that anyway.

21/64" is 0.3261 inches, which is 8.334mm. The first two images are Google trying to display data from this website and not formatting it very well.
The main hydraulic feed yes but the bleed nipple threads have far less meat to play with.

Edit.: I see now they are adapters. I assume they have new seats. At the bottom.

Yeah it's seems maker got it. Its google lol.
Anyway 1/8 Npt won't work as it's smaller than the 10mm thread already in. (Unless I go for welding them up.)
I will await a reply on the thread size of the 4 adapters and nipples posted above.
Assuming they poster knows.

They're M10x1, it says right at the top.
The seat is cut into the large brass part and the nipples are the smaller steel ones so you don't need to recut any seats then. Just put the large section in with thread sealant and you should be golden, or copper washers under the head.
I meant the tap size mate. So effectively I must check the helicoils rather than the replacements in the post.
silly me. I thought the nipplies were 10 x 1.0 but looking closer they are smaller and have their own seat.
I can't find a supplier in the UK.
