Bit confused about what size tapping drill for 1/8npt.
One seems to say 21/64 is 12mm (which makes sense) but the drills seem to say just over 8mm.
The main hydraulic feed yes but the bleed nipple threads have far less meat to play with. What size are the bleed nipple threads? Is it possible to go up a thread size?
The seat on one of them is already damaged![]()

Helicoil it, fit those, never have the problem again, plus you don't need to buy a cutter and redo the seat.

I meant the tap size mate. So effectively I must check the helicoils rather than the replacements in the post. They're M10x1, it says right at the top.
The seat is cut into the large brass part and the nipples are the smaller steel ones so you don't need to recut any seats then. Just put the large section in with thread sealant and you should be golden, or copper washers under the head.
I can't find a supplier in the UK.Try looking at E-Z LOK inserts, I find them better than helicoils if you have enough meat around the hole to use them.
