Just learn to do it by hand, it'll take a lot of practice to get them perfect but it doesn't take much to get a blunt drill cutting again.
Only one I have any faith in is the drill doctor. Expensive but does the job.
still hasn't its in the box still one of these days il try it just normaly do them by hand which is ok but not if you want accuracy specially on small drills . Reading the thread with interest hoping someone suggests a decent sharpener thats not too spendy.

the good news I got a rawlpug sharpener new for 15 quid instead of 30 from boot sale
bad news it was crap and went in the bin . was choked at loosing 15 sovs
