weld some pegs onto the door edge these then locate into the door frame. at least if the hinges are cut it cant be openedFinished the door and hinges today so its ready to paint and then clad with timber

I will do that, we did it on the main garage doors and it would really make it hard to bypass the hingesweld some pegs onto the door edge these then locate into the door frame. at least if the hinges are cut it cant be opened

Here is a better pic of the text on the m8 bolt, capital letters are under 1mm high and lower case under 0.5mm. I am quite impressed especially as it is done on a round part so focus would not have been ideal at the text.What laser are you using, im blown away

On anodised aluminium they can't be felt as they are supposedly just vaporising the dye, on stainless you can feel them and it won't rub off, at least in the short term, no idea about long term.I'm well and truly impressed, how deep are the etches? Can they be felt does it rub off?
