Bent these up from 30mm 316stainless bar yesterday, and machining them up today to take the stirers that come off of them.

I'm feeling bad just looking it .
I love cheese but unfortunately 3 years ago I've discovered lactose intolerance so...
Eat it even for me ,since I can't

So today I've actually did something
I've miss to write here so I do it now.
So last Friday I've replaced a selector bracket on my Hitachi DH36DAL 36V cordless SDS drill .
Yesterday I went to work with my brother ,we did paint a bedroom .
And today I've played with a cylinder and a Dremel
I've ported my string trimmer
But had to stop because I've had to replace the battery and a light bulb on my sister's Toyota Aygo .
I'd suggest reclusion into a straitjacket for the engineer who designed the engine compartment on this sardines can .
You have to remove the battery to change a light bulb otherwise you wouldn't have access to the bulb .
If you don't have very long extension for your ratchet , you will have to remove the front bumper to be able to remove the headlights and have access to the bolt .
So I don't have a long enough extension so you already know what I've had to do .

You have to remove the battery to change a light bulb otherwise you wouldn't have access to the bulb .

That's not bad, I believe some Renaults need the front bumper removed to change, and for my e60 they recommend removing the headlight unit to get access for that simple task. However I can do them without that, but I have thin hands and still emerge scratched or cut.

I can't cope with mild cheddar, whereas extra mature has no effect at all.

In less than 30 minutes will come diarrhea
And if fresh cheese or cream it will not last long in my stomach , will start vomiting air ,yes air because food will go straight through my stomach to the intestine .
And after that I'll stay bad for 2 or 3 days .
Believe it or not but I've been struggling with this for years and years till I've been able to understand where was the problem , thanks to the symptoms which became serious .
Deleted cheese milk and derivatives from my alimentation and gained 10kg in one week.
I was 42 kg ,1.8 meters .
Now I'm around 54 kg

I cut alcohol out of my diet and gained 12kgs.

Still recovering from an operation so benchwork only at the mo'.

Using my Makita die grinder with Roloc discs always ends up mullering them as the die grinder runs at 25,000 revs. Rolocs are fine on air die grinder at around 10,000 revs, so slowing the die grinder to something around 10-15,000 revs should do the job. So with this in mind, I bought this cheapanese PWM controller and built it into a plastic box that I had kicking around.

This is the finished item. Description says that it handles 2000W. With my experience of Cheapanese electronics, I thought it quite likely that the magic smoke will escape at that load so won't use it on anything near that. The die grinder is only 400W, so hopefully the controller will live.

The ultra short lead is so that the box will dangle just below the workshop power points, which are quite high on the wall, so I'm hoping that the box and the delicate potentiometer knob will be clear of workshop rough and tumble. On a quick test with the die grinder it seems to do the job OK.
