visited them last year, they were off the mark by country mile

Enforcement action taken and advice given

Today they thanked me much. Significant improvements to their business, safer happier staff and better way of doing things

They thanked me for doing my job !!

I took the rocker covers off my bike to find out why it was rattling when hot. Turns out the pushrod ends were loose. Happens on the BMW oil-cooled engines the ally tube expands and the ends float about and sink into the tube a bit.

You can buy replacements but they are so easy to make I took the more satisfying route.

The bores aren’t too bad but as you’ve guess it’s becoming a coffee table.

I've a scrap flat 4 Subaru engine also destined to become a coffee table. It's been buried in the corner of a shed for 15 years but I will get around to it someday....!

It's the same shed that has the box of round tuits.

No idea what the dirt was, but it was nearly imposable to remove.

You tried spade drills? I love them and on my manual Triumph they are brilliant as they take no force so the under powered servo spindle doesn't get troubled at all.

Got to teach scouts tonght how to use a compass, problem is they are too small for them to gather round and view, so I made a few enlarged examples. 3mm acrylic, cut and engraved on my 50w laser then painted (engraved upside down) not the prettiest but it works
