Apologies for the delay in acknowledging your PDF info , Alison & I have only just returned for a lovely time at a friends four double bed villa in the Algarve well away from the tourist crows. . Loads of golf courses locally but neither of us play golf so we went sight seeing most days instead ,

It's Kamasa brand, I have had this set for about 15 years now no issues at all. The banana shaped spanners come in handy for propshafts etc

Fixed the sump on the little Mill, bloody rotten it was, pumped most of it out but then it was a scoop, not a quick and easy job. When I built this tray I really thought about putting a drain in it, I really regret not doing that now, too late though so I am going to need a plan......

Ah yes I remember doing the ball joints on ours, if you find a decent half shaft oil seal that doesnt leak let me know!
I replaced the oil seals on ours as everyone was saying "you should change them!" and they have leaked ever since

I've replaced them too. They're not genuine ones so they'll probably leak too.

If you fish out the seal spring and overlap it by a couple of turns, often that's all it needs to make a better seal by putting a little bit more pressure on the lip.
I've had good luck doing that for a few problematic seals.
Otoh, depending on the condition of the shaft, it might last a few hundred miles and leak again.

It's a few years since I had a D2, there was a long running thread on the D2BC forum where people were having issues with new seals leaking. Apparently most aftermarket seals are the wrong size and leak, someone on there had found a source for the correct Cortico seals and there was a link.
Think I still have a pair I bought and never used, will have a rummage through my spares

I was given a couple of bird-feeder stands last year. I came to assemble today...

I had an old piece of gas barrel, so cut a sleeve from it and dressed the joint.
Rammed it together and put some metal glue on.
Not the prettiest of jobs, but it's not going into a competition, after all
