^Unfortunately the builders smashed the sink pedestal while installing a new soil pipe under the bathroom floor so I won't be able to sell it as a whole "vintage suite" for thousands of pounds!
Here's my 5 minute fix on the sink,
Just to the right out of shot it a 13A socket.....

Another plumbing related problem. I went into the eaves looking for something but only found a 2' diameter puddle, it was under to portable air conditioner so I just thought it had been moved and leaked out of the condenser pipe....
When I checked I felt a fine jet of water on my hand and followed it back to the Stuart Turner shower pump!
There's a 15mm copper pipe between the two pump halves that had a tiny pin hole spurting water out at quite a rate, it couldn't have been leaking for more that an hour so I was lucky I went in there! A quick disassemble and replacement pipe got it going again in about half an hour, not often a job like that goes so easily!

Bloke said it pops and farts when you put a load on it, I think they all do to a point anyway but I had a fettle as the fast and slow settings didn't seem to work and after an hour of farting about it now seems to have fast and slow speeds that correlate to the throttle setting!
Starts and idles better too
Oh and I put about 200ml of oil in it as that was very low as well.....
Hopefully this will rotavate the mess that is the back garden next spring.
You're probably more mechanically minded than me but, the oil everyone (me) forgets about is the gear/diff thing oil in the centre of the rotors. Mine came out like tar when I finally realised!

I would have tapered it down towards the business end at the join so that future foodstuffs has nowhere to lodge....

Fixed a fuel leak
.... on my little run out the other day, two things were more than apparent 
the pads need adjusting
. And she was very thirsty probably used 4gallon in 30miles.
So I stripped the carb down. It was new last yr, the float bowl was full of swarf.
All the jets stripped, blown out. Hopefully it will sort it

Apart from clearing some space to gain access to my notcher and cutting some stainless sheet for tomorrows job, I also cleared the welding bench which left the magnet from the torch holder attached to the bench and not the holder. Araldite saved the day but whatever they used to bond the magnet into the base cup smelt like horses cleaning it out with a mini strippit disc!

Well it didn’t. I hadn’t noticed a ball bearing when stripping the jets and and acc pump out of the main body, as I turned it over the ball fell out. It must be a check valve, and put it back in the acc pump, truck starts and runs but bogs on even the slightest touch of the throttle. So I guess it doesnt belong in there. It’s an Indian clone of a Zenith (USA) 28/228.
There’s no ball in the original carb, and I’m getting no joy for a schematic from the seller.

Rayburn moving fun, spent the last few days attempting to lay block work. I will never bé more than an amateur.
Rayburn was bought four ? years ago, sat in the barn, then the 23rd of December it flooded here, had 30cm's of water in the barn.
Floods gone down, -7 this morning, ideal for dragging it out.
Having never lit it, we lit it outside, to see if smoke spewed from obscure places, it didn't.
This is my effort at block work...
Well i'm toasty next to it, maybe tomorrow thé future kitchen maybe warmer ? Fingers crossed...
Still got to finish thé chimney installation, finish thé wall, render..
And thé reste...
