We all go through it buddy and sometimes it's better to be honest with yourself and relieve the pressure and demons for a bit. Big hugs buddy and just pick it back up when you feel more well

The first meeting for me will be April the 4th at Birmingham wheels raceway and then skegness speed weekend on Easter weekend 12th and 13th
It was changed to shale in the early 90s but went back to tarmac and as I've said before Rob speak is running the show now and is doing a grand job improving the stadium every year.
