Stunning! Not in my 30 years of Engineering have i ever drilled through a job into a vice, v block or bed of machine etc. Not once!
That's not a wind up i think, he does / has listed fair bit of stuff over time. Not sold a lot obviously by the looks of it......... wonder why!

Correct the are not worth that money, they are in fact way out value wise. You can get similar size to those for about half the money new last time I was looking about. And if take a good look at those other he has listed they are a bit ropey wear wise.
He has a load of angle plates which are not bad money really (if the condition in the flesh is acceptable) Then he lists some adjustable angle plates that are totally stupid money, you can buy a new equivalent with T slots for a fraction of that money. This is why i said that listing was no joke and i watch what he lists and has up for sale regularly and have seen similar scrap for sale by that seller and similar overpriced items.
