The fat floats to the top when it cools, dig through and throw away the fat, the dark layer at the bottom is all the remaining meat juices and very small particles of the meat that sink to the bottom during cooling, eat the juices/meat on bread that's the good bit....Noooooo way! im still not paying that price and im sticking to the deep fat fryerThe Ninja (!) was effectively on sale on eBay (Ninja Foods iirc) was "refurbished" which is effectively new but massive discount then with extra 15% off cost me £110 I think (down from £260 list). This is the AF400, the AF451 is probably better with built in (?) temperature probe, updated and somehow "smarter".
I wouldn't touch a Nija eitherim still not paying that price and im sticking to the deep fat fryer
dripping lard goose all fatty stuff but taste way much better

even at that price im still sticking to deep fat fried stuff as i like the flavour of old cooked foodI wouldn't touch a Nija either
This is the one we have - the split oven at 70:30 is very useful

Easy Fry Dual Air Fryer EY901N40 - Black, 8.3L
Double your air frying possibilities with the two different sized drawersshop.tefal.co.uk
Mind you with an Aga running for 9 months of the tear an air fryer is totally redundantDecades ago we had a metal box on site with a hole low down that you pushed a hot air stripper nozzle into, it heated food and warmed the room, you could also.put the tea pot on top to keep warm, I know I should have copyrighted that![]()
