Hello there I'm new here this is my first post so let me start of by saying hello!
I'm a motorcycle hobbyist i get a hold of bikes in need of work or restoration i don't do too much welding but when i do i use a Sip TopMig 140, pants welder to be honest as I'm sure you are all aware of! it has very inconsistent wire feed speed, anyway my question is about another Sip welder I've been offered for a fair price (newer i believe) it's the Sip WeldMate T136 Mig, I'm fully aware of the old sip welders having the wire feed issues (which I'm experiencing) and i was wondering being that the WeldMate T136 Mig is a lot newer than my TopMig 140 do they still have the same wire feed issues to the older Sip models? I'm thinking of taking the plunge and getting the WeldMate T136 because it's a lot smaller which is exactly what I'm after now i have a larger air compressor I'm trying to make more room as I'm slowly running out of it in my shed!
Appreciate any advice give! Thanks in advance!
