I have had mixed results with mine.
But after oil etc, induction heater the very hot spanner had them off.
Don't use an induction heater on brake pipe joints. How come?

makes sense I often use map torch on brake unionsIt boils the break fluid.
Then when you crack the joint you get a spray of hot fluid.
Not done it my self. But seen it done.
His voice is so annoying but he does some fantastic tests. My goto penetrant is CFS IMAL, but I do not know if it is available in the UK.
Project Farm did a unbiased/nonsponsored test some time ago.
I've never really found that it works....but it's really handy if you are called to help on a job that you don't want to do. Spray the stuff on and then proclaim that it takes a few days to work....make a quick exitI've always felt the penetrant oil is a bit of a workman crutch
if it makes the difference between a) getting a fastener loose, b) stripping threads or snapping, or c) not doing the job at all...I've always felt the penetrant oil is a bit of a workman crutch and doesn't really do anything as its always squirt, then the 200lb gorilla goes at it.
It doesn't do any harm to cured fibreglass, except maybe for cleaning it.Plusgas always works fairly well for me. ATF/Acetone is nice but I wouldn't want that mix on my glassfibre resin body...
