The Aircon belt is another area of fun...first time round I couldn't figure it out and I thought I'd have to loosen the compressor itself. Only when I had it apart I figured out what was happening with the tensioner!
So this little bolt is the key (loosened in the second picture)...undo the bolt...nothing will happen because the pulley is stuck with rust. Once you have it out some way give it a tap with a hammer like you are knocking it back in. The bolt runs into a threaded fitting and the pulley is attached to that fitting but it gets stuck with age.
If it's not budging then take the pulley bolt out...this will give you better access so you can hit the stuck slider directly.
Mine on both cars came loose with the hammer....I strongly suggest replacing the idler pulley bearing as these are known to fail. Its a standard metric bearing (SDK do them for £5...or you can buy a "genuine nissan figaro" one for £25 which will look identical but will make some people fell that somehow it's better
I didn't take a picture but the power steering is straightforward to get off...it has a tensioner bolt at the back...and a pivot bolt at the top rear then just swings down and the belt can be removed.
Ignore the loose belt...that was the alternator belt as I'd already removed the alternator for cleaning....the alternator is just a typical setup.
