Seems to often happen, instead of simply asking the question whether its legal or not as they may genuinly not know,
not like with these tyres its some backyard modification, they're openly advertised for sale with shaved sidewalls.

Seems to be certain parties get excited when they think they have found something wrong !!! Sad individuals in my opinion.

That seat frame looks rather tasty. As a suggestion it would look quite cool with hidden LED lights that just glow through the holes, not sure if that's your thing or in keeping with thecstyle of vehicle your making
