What are Mill lights John? I know what head light washers are, bit confused as to why you say that they would scrap older vehicles?? Surely replacing them isn't that expensive??

We'll all have to move to western australia,they don't have mot's there, or tax,& every vehicle is insured by the government 3rd party, if you want fully comp you pay for a private insurance.
How do you get around the remap when you refit DPF?
Nope you still had a valid MOT.As far as I’m aware, that has been the case anyway, if it passes it passes, if it fails, that’s it, the old mot no longer holds and you have an unroadworthy vehicle.
We are leaving the EU John......i guess its not filtered up Norf yet.

MIL is the engine malfunction light some of the headlight washer wiper systems are a fortune to repair/replace
My power upgrade is plug and play and switched so it can just be taken out of line and everything returns to standard settings
Does the light washers need to be working if fitted or is there going to be a list of vehicles factory fitted.
Will you be allowed to remove it completely?
Where did you get that from and whats it fitted in?
Does swapping the engine from a 2 litre 4 cylinder to a 3.9 litre V8 count ?

That has never & is still not the case.
However it is an offence to drive an unroadworthy vehicle.
John will tell us but my memory of when they used inertia boxes strapped to the passenger seat if it failed on a major fault you could not drive it away.
Hense garages upgrading or inventing fails as they invariably got the work.
Looks like they want it back that way.

I've only owned one car that just squirted water at the lights, I see what you mean about those that have the wiper motor too.

That's how I understood it too, otherwise what is the point of them giving you the option to take a vehicle for it's next mot up to a month early?
Yes, I understand that an mot doesn't actually mean that a vehicle is going to be 100% roadworthy after it's left the station. lol

One testing station mentioned that with these new rules, prohibition type stickers could be placed on the window of a failed vehicle,........I dunno if he were joking, know anything about John?
