Found a local lad with a three tonne HIAB who offered to do it, but a three tonne HIAB will only lift that close up.

3 ton HIAB has no chance with that mill - 12 tonner minimum.

@MattH forked mine on to my Navara and put air in the tyres for me.

To save messing at my end my lad brought home the truck with hihab and put it a short way up the drive.

I decided not to wait for him to come home the next day to move it so once I cleared the garage I used 1 inch steel rollers 4 of them and "Timmy" the enforcer.. Well its a big crowbar we just affectionately call him that! Moves very easy over flatish tarmac. Moved easilly on my own to be honest!

I had my own shipped that way.
You need a good solid 120x100 pallet. Ply lined and then through bolted.
Lower the knee as low as it can go. The head swivels so can hang upside down - much safer that way.
Right on the limit for a tail lift - can be done but safer with a forklift.

Well it just fitted through my double doors on a pallet and pump truck - doors are 78" high.
Pallet was a tiny bit lower profile than standard so maybe 80" on a normal pallet.

I used a drop bed trailer and a pallet jack. I pulled it off the pallet one end at a time and installed retractable casters so it could be moved around in my garage. The support studs are adjusted to compensate for the slant in my garage floor.
